Shape design can be useful. Weather you’re sketching something more realistic, or drawing a cartoon with more of a creative flair to it. Shape language is especially prominent in designing characters and backgrounds for comics and cartoons. They’re crucial building blocks that can form the foundation of the art.

Idk why, I think it's because I'm not an artist with attention to detail and professional experience but the triangle neck is to distracting for me from a viewers perspective.

I just focus on the neck instead of the person, I think its because in not used to it is all but great art overall
