Seafood Mac and Cheese | The BEST made the kimmy way!

1 pound clean and peeled shrimp
2 lobster tails (you can add more if you want)
8 oz of lump crab
2 cups Gruyere cheese
2.5 cups Mild cheddar cheese
2.5 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 cups Parmesan cheese
2 cups Romano cheese
1 box elbow macaroni
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp All Purpose flour
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp old bay
2 tap garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp parsley
