Very nicely done. I personally headcanon Roo as Eve, who was corrupted upon eating the fruit and turned into a new being. One with a burning hatred for Lucifer and, by extension, Lillith. Either that, or she could be the TREE itself!

I head cannon her as not being mean at first but later on. And she has a vendetta against lucifer because she blames him for becoming who she is and sees as the apple as more of a trick. And (in the flash back if it is her), she is trying to protect Charlie from being tricked like how she thinks lucifer tricked her.

0:14 - 0:26 I love the animation in this section. The way you portray her menacing nature without being too over the top in that section is amazing. The song playing in the background also adds greatly to the atmosphere.

I kinda have a theory that Roo isn't evil. Rather she represents Choice. The possibility to choose evil. But also the possibility to choose good. And without choice being good because you have to be is meaningless.
