I remember going to his shows in Nashville 1989-1990...great talent.  He's still in Nashville.  I believe he is a contributing producer at Lipscomb University.

Charlie's voice in this one remind me of Mick Hucknall (Simply Red) and Green Gartside (Scritti Politti) and his looks remind me Paddy Mcaloon (Prefab Sprout). All of them was wonderful singer/songwriter :)
