I'm an accountant. I always watch videos of things I know because I always gain a new perspective. Looking at the PL statement as a theory is gold

This is interesting

When you get your financial statement ("any financial statement"), you have to see the balance sheet and income statement.

However, never jump into conclusion that those two area are the best income you get, especially when you look at net income of "income statement" since they are *illusion statement* (I called it 😁) so those are the trap and will go to the risky area, even though they are helpful sometime.

The real fun starts when you look or go to Cash Flow Statement (CFS). When you go there, you will see many activites that use to pay your bills, investment, and some debt, even long term or short term debt (not include new equity) so you get your closing cash balance at the end of period (with substraction from the net increase / decrease in cash equivalents)

That is interesting. Thank you and great, Dan Lok 👍🏻😁

I had to stop watching a minute and a half in. I don't need the profanity, the camera wouldn't even show what he was pointing at, and the whole intro seemed like a display of ego. Good on him for being wealthy, but this was a bad video.
