Loving that body style. Going to be an interesting daily driver. I'm super surprised for as long as it sit, not alot more devastating rust.

Dude! That’s AMAZING. I love that you got all that original paint under there. It’s like the car is rewarding you for saving it. Good job, man!

Looks great. I love how it brought the body lines back out. Really accentuates how gorgeous the body lines are on it.

Dylan, I was fortunate to watch all 17 episodes of the Challenger rescue this past week. A fantastic project, thank you for sharing your talent. I'm looking forward to more projects.

Such an enjoyable episode to watch, i am so stunned by how good those panels have survived. The sanding off the old spray job is paying dividends, and a true gem is being revealed .Great work Dylan

That original colour is absolutely gorgeous. The only person who can make sanding interesting! Excellent work.

You’re like an automotive archaeologist! Loving this project. Opening new doors to something I’ve left sitting far too long. Thanks.

Bringing back the original paint is the stuff I love. I am glad you decided to do that instead of leaving it as it was or a repaint. Keep up the good work Dylan.

After seeing so many pro's clear coating original paint and patina, I think what you are doing is actually great... and I am usually a "purist"! This car is already awesome. If it were mine, I would have stayed with the 360, but I don't have the sweat equity, nor am I the one who paid for it, nor will be paying for insurance, nor the registration, nor the maintenance. Whoever does has the say. I think it's great just how this has not only been rescued, but how it is being made truly (and correctly) roadworthy! God bless ya!

Just discovering you and dig and 289, loving your work. You do not need to apologize for the dent. You are right. It tells a story. The work you have put in, dragging this classic from its rusty grave, is to be commended.

Keep finding these old beauties, keep getting them going. The work is worth it. At the end of the day, your not driving a plastic box.

Nothing but respect for your hard work.

You're sanding the junk car out of it! Semi gloss clear coat! It looks like it did in 78 or so after years of teenage driving and rebel rousing! Keep up the good work!
