Jim, thank you for the honest answer. I like to think of myself as a fundamental value investor too. I am deep in PARA B. What an embarrassing situation. What a lesson in corporate governance it has been.

At least common shareholders are included in this offer!😮 Shari just want her $2 billion(National Amusement) and do not care that she wreck Paramount Global. When she took control, the stock price was around $68 a share, paid a 3% dividend and had $16 billion in cash. Now it is $20 and lousy .05% dividend, starving for cash, no property anymore!😂 Shari does not care about other Paramount shareholders, just herself!😂 Shari only owns 10% of Paramount shares but has special ownership shares 77%!😮 Warren Buffett sold 70% of his shares before Shari took over!😊
