Finally...you are THE person to get bronzer advice from!!! I grew up in Newport Beach, I'm 58 & hate looking dirty or orange. Even though I worked in the movie biz all through my 20's & 30's with makeup & worked at Cinema Secrets in Burbank, I cant seem to figure out bronzer for my mature face! I can do other people, especially young baby faces but my own old lady skin is so hard. I love my very light skin & green eyes. I also don't want to be darker or different, just sun kissed like in the summer. I can't wait to watch the rest of the video. Thanks.

Thank you for this great comparison video . I really like how you did the swatches and demonstrated each bronzer. My skin tone is very similar to yours and I am always unsure of what bronzer to use because I don’t want to be orange or yellow. I would like to try the Nars or Victoria Beckham.

Having a fair to light complexion with a cool undertone, I've always been a bit leery of bronzer. And I have to confess that I got turned off from the idea of wearing bronzer after watching my teenage daughter live through the height of the bronzer craze when she was in high school. Every day I'd see her pile on the bronzer which ended up looking very orange, but it was what all the girls were wearing. As we all know, we have to pick our battles with our teenage kids, so I zipped my lips and fortunately we can now laugh about it together. But you've given me some inspiration to give bronzer a "go, " so thank you.

I love the Milani powder bronzer and also have the Marc Jacobs Tantastic which will last forever but I need to get a cream for sure. You have to try the makeup Revolution cream bronzer! The shade light is the perfect neutral for light-med neutral skin! Its a lot like the CT bronzer as far as the shade but it’s more emollient

I have the Gucci bronzer and I love it! I use shade 1 because I need the lightest color, and I really like the way it looks even though it's more red than neutral. :)
I've never found a cream bronzer that I like yet, although the Tarte one looks nice. I may check that one out. Thanks for the comparison and swatches!

I’m so jealous growing up by the ocean! The Victoria B looks gorgeous. Some of my favorites were discontinued, like 2 from Bareminerals - a liquid serum, and their invisible bronzer, which added just a hint of color. My favorite powders that are more neutral are Hourglass Diffused bronze light and Bobbi Brown Natural - it has almost red undertones that give a true suntanned look, but it still looks natural. I was scared of bronzer too because everything pulls orange. I don’t contour - instead I need reverse contour to fill out the hollows of my cheeks - I would look like skeletor if I carved out more cheekbone.

Thanks for the thorough review. It would be helpful if you could add the exact shades of the products you talk about in the description. I know sometimes the lightest bronzer tends to be warmer than the second lighter.
In particular, is that Charlotte Tilbury cream bronzer a fair or a medium?

Thanks so much for all the swatches!!!!I do love bronzers all year round. C.Tilbury and T Ford looks very similar on your arm. Guerlain for me is a no no, I have tried and tried and is too orange or warm or I don't know but I don't like it on me. I do like the powders from Hourglass, I think is the thinner powder out there. But also have Vieve which is a duo, Tilbury, Hudabeauty Glowish which I love, Marc Jacobs Tan-tastic, Illamasqua, Too faced chocolate, Bare minerals, Laguna by Nars, Hoola from Benefit, Chanel les beiges and then as cream bronzer Laguna by Nars, Tarte Seychells, Fenty Beauty, Iconic (is really liquid), Chanel, Milk, Nudestix....and then some very unexpensive in both powder and cream. And Nars is on sale and I just bought some palettes with bronzers in them so I think I don't need to buy anymore bronzers, hahahahah!!!!
