I am glad to hear you speak of the difference of perception and reality. I've been needing a better definition and this helps. I am doing better with not reacting so quickly to what I perceive as insults or poor treatment. After all, I take a moment to reflect and then converse as best as possible to identify what I have perceived. Thanks so much.

I feel its not a simple as "smart people" and "stupid people". Its those who don't seen the need or refuse to not look at themselves introspectively and those who do. Selfawareness.

The moment you do NOT mind suffering... ...you are... ...free of suffering.

As long as you keep looking to end suffering or to avoid it or run away from it... ...very likely... ...you will keep suffering...

When you start seeing suffering as an ally, a great friend, a kind, compassionate, well-meaning messenger, a necessity, an integral part of life...

...the moment you start looking forward to, the moment you start welcoming... ...suffering... ...the suffering ceases to remain "suffering".

...with that understanding, the suffering becomes more like the "physical pain" one might feel after a steep hike of 3 miles. It is OK and it is Lovely. It is a gift of being Alive.

The quest to permanently end suffering is ignorant and in-compassionate. The quest to understand suffering as a good friend is a noble one.

As the right understanding starts developing... ...the unnecessary suffering starts disappearing. As for the remaining suffering... ...you welcome it like a "long lost" friend. Come on in! Long time, No See...

krishna has given us a way for getting away from all kind of suffering is karmayoga . Why not people practising this ancient technique . In this technique there is no need to go away from our duties .Krishna emphasises it, as an best technique. My question is people like you suggesting about tough technique like meditation but not karmayoga which is more simple.

many times to stop the upadesam all of which he already knew and get the war going. However pompous ass krishna kept on talking giving the 100 sons of dritharastra enough time to seek protected spaces which became difficult for Arjuna to war upon. So please re read the Mahabaratha and the Gita and reassess the War and see if Krishna behaved appropriately or rightiously thanks

No such thing as stupid people. Just people who have been convinced or have convinced themselves they are stupid. That's my own little philosophy, anyway.
