During his speech at the Global Soft Power Summit, Boris Johnson said he was fined 'for having lunch' in the cabinet room in Downing Street in June 2020, adding that he 'still doesn't understand the rationale behind it'.

Can this man open his mouth without lies coming out? There is clear evidence that he was NOT fined for gatherings that there is clear evidence of him attending, when others that also attended were fined for. So "without fear or favour" is just horsehooey.
