JenesisNow- Ability to add media files when sending emails

On the Mailbox screen, click the blue Compose button to create a new message. Inside the email message pop-up there are three new options: Insert Inline Image, Upload File, and Attach Existing Client Media.

Insert Line Image is the third to last icon in the toolbar menu. This can be used to insert an image within the text of the email.

Upload File is the second to last icon in the toolbar menu. This can be used to upload any files to attach to the email message.

Attaching Existing Client Media is the last icon in the toolbar menu. Clicking this icon will bring up a pop-up window to search the clients’ media and attach it to the email message. After typing in the client click View Client Media bringing up a list of the clients’ media. Select the media you want to use and then click the green Attach button in the lower right of the pop-up.
