Allegedly, her nose collapse was due to using a white powdery substance. That would certainly make sense. Could have affected her appearance in other ways as well.

Whenever there is a discussion of bad plastic surgery, Donatella is pictured. I’m sure that’s been hurtful to her. I think she looks great in her late sixties. I admire her for continuing the family business successfully following the tragic loss of her brother. She remains a force in the fashion world. ❤

Along with the surgeries, I think her bleached/thin brows and blonde hair just washed her out .A darker hair color and natural brows would have really brought out her Italian features .

I think her veneers are too big for her mouth which gave her an odd shape to her mouth, also the silicone in her lips didn't do her any favors. I think she also had a nose revision of some sort this time around, along with lowering her forehead.

I think she's a good example of the bad effect on the appearance of smoking and suntanning (and possibly drinking and drugs, tho I'm not sure about those). She looks far older than she should at 40.

She also brought her hairline down lower on her forehead. I think that's a big part of the change.

As someone from a younger generation it's kind of sad I didn't know how good she looked for so long. I always knew her as the Versace designer with the extreme look (bleached brows + heavy eye makeup), but it actually wasn't until 2012 that she started having the look I knew her for. I'm shocked she got breast implants at 50 however. Most people get implants removed at that age.

She looks better now, but years of filler, lifts and lifestyle caused her to age more rapidly than she would have aged naturally. Not too sure about the really square jawline now.

I think the biggest contributors to her beautiful new look is the lighter eye makeup and the more honey tone of her hair. As we age, it gets harder to pull off the dark eye makeup and bleached hair.
