Love these, Matt. Makes perfect sense. My guy friend that I'm in love with will text me just to check in with me and make sure I'm ok if we haven't talked in a day or two. He recently offered to help pay for my car repair (I assured him I had it under control!) and asked how I would get to the place to pick the car up.... and then drove me when the time came. Now he's helping me secure an apartment because I have to move. He defended me to my own kids. His words and actions always line up. He's a great guy and I'm blessed to know him. ❤️

Just got broken up with...he's 67 and I'm 58. Dated for 3 1/2 months, 13 dates in total....he ultimately said he wasn't attracted enough to me because I'm a plus-sized woman. Um, ok. I've been this same weight the whole time. He texted me every day, called me almost every evening; we went on dates every week....made plans into the future such as planned to spend time after Thanksgiving having our own little Thanksgiving dinner together. Then he broke it off about a week prior to Thanksgiving, and a few days before my birthday as well. I was totally blindsided.
