Keep pressing the back button, then double push the button on the right sony earphone, it worked for me !

please help me i m unable to connect them with the app of sony iphone headphones the one with yellow icon, i m pressing the button, it turns blue but unable to pair it in the app.
i am able to pair on bluetooth listening to music, but because i can t enter in the settings of that app, i am unable to fully experience them. help

When I hold down the button on the back, the case won’t turn any other color but orange. Every single time when I try to pair/reconnect, they flash orange. They’re fully charged, so I don’t know why they aren’t working.
