Prefab housing has been around for a long time. I was selling them 40 years ago in NJ. I live in PA now where there are a lot of prefab factories. Generally the facade of the house, the brick or siding has to added by a local contractor, also the furnace is something the buyer installs, utitlity hook up is on the owner, and the buyer has to build the foundation footings and schedule the crane to place the house on the foundation. You can hire a general contrator to handle everything. Prefab houses are stronger than stick built. if your stick built house was put on truck and driven around the block, it would probably fall apart. Some of the prefab house designs are really beautiful. Im too old to change. These are too modern for me they look like boxes and I like traditonal, . The flat roof is not where I want to be, I live in the Northeast and it snows. I like a steep roof for solar panels and so on. I need more character in the design. I hope Boxable irons out all its start up problems and gets its act together because its a very good idea.

If he has no answers about their delivery dates, than he shouldn’t be taking deposits. Put them on a list and when they are next on the list, get the deposit then. Once the house is ready for delivery, take the final payment. It’s easy.

Anyone trying to build a company with investments shouldn't be making more in salary than they need to live on. Paying themselves multiple hundreds of thousands of dollars is a huge red flag when a company isn't delivering a product.

By selling shares without previously announced sales to be approved by the board. It is like taking investors monies straight out of the bank., money that the company doesn't have, really. The SEC should open an investigation into "Boxabl" before they are able--"abl" to reap off more people.
