Naia Terminal 3 Airport Guide | Arriving to or departing from Ninoy Aquino International Airport? Here's what you need to know about NAIA Terminal 3. NAIA Terminal 3 is the newest and largest terminal in Manila Airport. It is connected to Newport City by a 220-meter long footbridge. It hosts some international flights of certain airlines in order to lessen the existing congestion in NAIA Terminal 1.

LEVELS
NAIA Terminal 3 consists of four levels and a parking garage:

Here you'll find arrival facilities such as baggage claim and customs.
The transfer transit facilities are located in this level.
Services: Medical station, transfer transit point, ATMs, phone booths, restaurants, shops, money changers, restrooms, help desk, amongst others.
Ground transportation options: Airport free shuttle, NAIA 1-2-3-4 loop shuttle, taxi and car rentals.

Security check, immigration and training rooms are located here.
Serves as access to upper and lower levels though escalators and/or stairs.
Services: Restrooms, a few restaurants

In this level the check-in counters leading to boarding gates can be found.
Government Clearing Counters are located in this level
Services: Restrooms, phone booths, restaurants, money changers, smoking area, amongst others.

Commercial area with shops, food and beverages, among other services.
VIP lounges are located in this level as well

TRANSFER BETWEEN TERMINALS
There are free shuttle buses available for those passengers that need to transfer between terminals.
Operates 24/7.
It is located on the buses area.
