Boris Johnson falsely claims he did not mention Turkey in Brexit campaign

The former foreign secretary Boris Johnson has been criticised after falsely claiming he did not use anti-Turkish messages during the EU referendum campaign. In 2016, Johnson and Michael Gove claimed 80 million Turks could be allowed to move to Britain if Turkey joined the EU. The Channel 4 News reporter Michael Crick was quick to call out Johnson
