Got to the OpenAI part in Zap where you put the prompt and cannot find "message body" anywhere. Any tips?

I'm also stuck on the second step in Zapier where you had the prompt "Create a response for" . Is there any way to go around it as adding field name didn't work either?

this only works with sms yeah? as if you were doing for FB/instagram etc your zapier thing says Either email or phone is required for this action.

Thanks for the valuable video! In the automated workflow why do you need both triggers - contact changed, and customer replied? Why do you need the contact changed?
