Seems like a training flight for the pilots. Its called base training. All you do is touch and go's. I fly the 350 myself and did 6 touch and go's.

I guess the runway is wet because of the rain and it will take more time for the plane to stop entirely while it is not long enough

In 1972 JAL police t could not distinguish between a small un- lot runway of civil airport and we'll lit long runway of Bombay International airport. They landed a Boind 707/720 on call vil Airport, oversho runway and abendended aircraft.

The reason the pilots did this is because if they did not touch and go the plane would have slid off the runway.

Why did that happen? As you can see the weather isn’t very good. Visibility was likely really poor. They can do instrument based guidance called ILS, but even with ILS the pilots will need to see the runway by 200 ft above ground. If they don’t it’s a missed approach. 200ft off ground is pretty low. It’s safer to touch and go rather than do a regular go around, especially with larger aircraft as the have much more inertia.
