I love everything about this mixer! This is my third KitchenAid...my other 2 were burned up in the wildfire. This is one of the first things I replaced....can’t bake without it!

Hello, I like this machine because it can help to save a lot of housework in kitchen room. But I am faced with a problem that the first one I received could not work properly.
I asked for a replacement and found the lock position is the same. I am not sure whether the lock position is all like that? I will see how it works. And one more thing to confirm, is the replacement renewed product?
