We know where tonk is, when tonk is, what tonk is, have a good working theory and so why tonk is.

But my question is "how is tonk?"

Now we need an answer to why it is there? What is the monument next to it? What is its history? Are people who put Tonk there still alive?

P.S.: the drawing on the monument is clearly refering to fleet, army and navy, but I can't read italian. Obelisks usually are used to mark "grave of unknown soldier" monuments. Meanwhile the small "chapel" part is clearly damaged, but it looks like it wasn't repaired on purpose.
