The AFV club one piece tracks for the 251 are the bomb Brett you will love them. I agree on the AM barrel the only thing going metal would gain you is rifling detail inside the bore. I love the Kagero books I have most of their armor series. This is a project I will certainly enjoy watching.

Very interesting subject.  And I like that booklet as well.  I'm going to have to look into getting one of those booklets.  Thank you for sharing that.

Great video, I have just finished watching "John Moore's Scale Model's" channel where he built the earlier Tamiya 251/1. That was very good to see what you can do with an older kit (I think it was 1977 or 1975?) with some good painting and weathering and a small diorama. I hope that you have as much fun as John did and I am sure that your results will be just as good as his. Best of luck with this build and I am really looking forward to seeing your updates and reviews. Have fun Brett,
Joe

The markings on the front of the vehicle in the book should be the other way around and not as shown. The 153rd (Leicestershire P.A.O. Yeomanry) Field Regiment, Royal Artillery were attached to the 5th Guards Armoured Brigade. 131 bty were attached to 1st (Armoured) Bn, 5th Bn, Coldstream Guards as their arty support unit.

Es gibt sogar mehrere Ausführungen von Tamia. Eine mit gewinkelte Klappe hinten. Eine mit schräger glatter Klappe hinten.
