One of the things about aging that's hard for me and maybe others too who are in their late 50's to 70 something is how fast the time has gone!! The 1950s, to the early 2000's were a pretty good time to be alive!

We used to go to the same gym in NYC. One thing I can say about her: She's very genuinely nice and kind in person. Because she says hi or hello and thank you to cleaning staff.

We need women to stand together, support one another, take off their makeup, embrace a healthy body, see their wrinkles as a life lived, and relax and smile about it all. When the impossible expectations of society are ignored by ALL women, happiness will ensue. Our human bodies will be what they were intended to be and self love will prevail.
