He got busted, that's what he's sorry about. For every crooked doctor that goes to prison, how many others got away with it??

Just goes to show that they still rely on victims complaints rather than reviewing the treatment plans chosen by doctors. Oversight doesn't happen because they don't want oversight. In any business where there are incentives to diagnose (ie, kickbacks) there should be peer reviews of how much of each treatment was chosen, per patient. If the ratios are off, they should be investigated. ADHD drugs are a perfect example of this, and with the aging population, you will see more and more of this occurring with cancer treatments.

Honestly, no disrespect meant to the victims, but 175 years or 45 years, what's the difference?  He's 50 and He'll be 95 if and when he gets out of prison. 

I doubt he's getting out anytime soon, and when he does I doubt he'll be starting a new career in medicine.

Hello i come from the podcast "Dr.Death" and i argee i think 45 years is not enough he took probaly over 100 maybe even 1000's of lives but if you dont know he is probaly around 60 ish? He'll probaly be dead before he even gets out of jail.
