Excellent and it worked ...You were right to point of what was needed . I looked all day trying to find a way to transfer files and your video was the first I saw that was correct in guidelines through each step for Lg V40! Nice Thank you!! I don't know why but I'm not getting a voice where to send photos from Lgv40 Internal Memory to SD card aka External memory..in Samsung cheap A5 I believe it is..I can move but it lookslike they r moving to Internal other folder e.g. pictures which I didn't choose..PS I'm familiar with how to do this...it's not working. I want all photo app photos e.g. Gallery apps of which there are 2...Photo Tools...Photos etc to move from Internal to SDCard

I've tried this and the files still won't play from the SD card. I've even formatted the card inside the phone and still won't work.
