France it’s PSG with money, and Marseille and Monaco with the history, the level is very good but not even in the top 6 or top 8 in my opinion. The one thing where the French league is better than Saudi league is youth development, France has huge emphasis on young elite player development, clubs like Monaco, Lille, Saijt etienne, Toulouse, Bordeaux, Montpellier along with claire fontaine academy are untouchable in yoith development, and its the reason france exports a lot players to England, Spain and Germany. saudi league has alwasy been very competitive but the huge cash influx now its become more competitive.
