They mostly run in families. If the woman has female relatives on her mother's side that had twins, then there is a better chance of having twins, especially if that female is your mom, aunty, or grandmother.

Ya it’s genetics. My twins were conceived naturally and so far the only surviving twins in our family. My mother was a twin and some a few generations back. Mine r 16 now and each time I get pregnant after them I’m like no more twins. Just 1 please 😂.

A YEARS AGO
I called her, I was surprised becoz she told me
That I will going to be a aunt of her kids
That not what shock me, That thing that shock is that now she had a quadruple babies .
And now she told me when ever I visited her home, "I am fed up with these children "
"That can't stop crying "
"If one stops crying another one starts crying "
And Here I was like :- I think You should practice handling at the beginning, Girl .❤😂

As a doctor - this is only partially correct - whilst there is no guaranteed method to get twins - there are definitely certain factors that can increase your chances - mostly genetics if it ran in families - if you are very tall couple, if your diet is rich for a long time in vegetables like Yam which are rich in hormone mimicking components. None of these are guaranteed - but it can help. Certain parts of the world incl in India have villages full of twins - so moving there and doing all the above :)

Only natural method is genetics. If there's a history of twins in the near family, it'll be more likely. Same goes for a range of things. But it's still based in luck.

Idk if its true but I read somewhere that eating Sweet potato can cause multiple release of eggs instead of 1 during the cycle. So it might help with having twins.

It is due to when at a time 2 eggs from ovaries
produce during ovulation and then sperm and eggs gets diffused, mitosis process happen .this is how twins born
