For those who didn't know the tenerife airport disaster was because of pan am and the El something plane elm plane was cleared for take off when the pan am plane was in the way and the elm flight was already accelerated too fast for it too stop which caused then too crash into the pan am causing 500+ deaths

Basically they were trying to lift and they were already going to fast. It was a deadly and horrible crash and will never be forgotten
