The only reason they are not at the levels of the 1980s is because of changes in the “market basket”. Measure inflation today the same way it was measured in the 1970s and I bet the inflation rate would be higher than 30%.

4 units in one building for apartment with a 400 dollar bump monthly. 3 units of the 4 moved out through these times. I was the Third Unit. Good luck 4th neighbor 👍 he had a late notice on his door too. We are in unprecedented times. Depression is an under statement

Trucking industry is already in recession with prince of diesel averaging $6 per gallon, volumes of freight dropping as well as pay per mile for truckers. We are heading for a trucking-blood-bath.
