Split foot Hesitation

There’s a lot of names out there for this one. Scissor step, split foot, drop & go.... the feet split like a pair of scissors opening & the inside foot “drops” behind & drives into the ground to accelerate the body forward. Ball gets cuffed with the hand behind it (not a carry). Simple & effective
