Hello Ms Megan and Brian. I just love your content and your lessons are so friendly and simple to follow. Kelly and I have been Ballroom and Latin dancing for a few years now and we have gone through a few pairs of shoes in the process. I am currently in the market for a new pair of practice shoes. My question is for Brian. I really am interested in knowing what brand are the red shoes you wear and what are the soles made from. are they a street dance shoe? Thank you so munch and always a joy watching your lessons.

What's a rough tempo range for the "slow" music you're seeing?

You're doing a great service by providing so much information, but it just drives me crazy when you aren't paying attention and you triple forward on your anchor. This is a big problem in West Coast swing these days especially for beginners and a lot of leaders will will do what they see, especially if you don't make note of How an anchor works for slower and stretchier music.
I'm not trying to be mean, but it's important for people who are watching educational videos to see West Coast Swing for the dance that it is and not just learn the patterns. Thanks for reading and sorry if this came off as being mean or nasty.
