The biggest problem I have is a non heavy duty 2" model, I get up there with weight a regularly go over 16k. I'd love a gen y but I think this will make me go bulletproof

I'm not understanding what makes this hit so different than any other hitch it doesn't look like you have spring actuated in any form or airbag actuated what is the difference
