Wow, glad I’m not the only one having issues with the campaign not loading.

I fixed it like this, but the problem was that when I wanted to go into the campaign the whole game crashed. I play on PS5. Then I deleted the campaign packs, reinstalled the data packs and restored the licenses and it works. You go to the game in the main menu, press options and then licenses come back. Then I went back into the game and unfortunately it crashed again but after 2.3 attempts I got into the campaign. I hope that helps you.

Done all of that. Hit restore license restart system, un-installed campaign, reinstalled campaign, un-installed the entire game, reinstalled the entire game, put ps5 in safe mode cleared cache, restarted system still same fucking error. These methods does not fix anything. Don't waste your time doing them. This is something on activision side. We all know activision they don't give a shit about anything.

Nope, we’ve all done this and it doesn’t resolve the issue. I’ve also “restored license” to no avail then finally deleted and reinstalled, still no luck.

Fixed on Xbox hold down the Xbox button on your console and make sure all is installed before doing so

Same happend to me. When trying to launch campaign it gives error this content cant be found and on top right corner it say WS-118728-7 and none of what said in the video worked

We just bought BO6 disc. Inserted and it did an update and download. We are unable to play in single player campaign. It is not installed. We have tried multiple times to install by going through manage files > install and we get an error message “content not found” but no option on how to solve this. HELP! We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game x3. We are on PS5. Space is not an issue. What are we doing wrong? What is the point of buying a disc game if we cannot play it? This is so frustrating. Please help.
