I saw a mocktail called a Devocion Tonic that uses cold brew its:
1/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Vanilla Syrup
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
1 oz Cold Brew
2 oz Tonic Water
Shake all except the tonic with ice, strain into a tall glass with ice, then add the tonic

Guys, just make your own 1:6 ratio, cold brew (a bit more concentrated than usual 1:10)
Steep it in "room temp" for atleast 18hrs.
Drain/filter, store in fridge, now you have a 10days concentrated cold brew, ready to be diluted with ice, milk or water, and your favorite syrup.
