The service provided by your company is not satisfactory. The parcel I was supposed to receive was sent to a different address and once again it was sent to another place by mistake. It took a long time to arrive. I will not take any services from the company thanks

Disgusting service ever. do not use this shit service
I have posted this with one day service. not delivered at the exact date. day after that not answering the phone calls both badulla and ja-ela branches.
parcel is opened.
these sellotapes are not done by me.
item damaged.
Not responding to any questions.
informed me that " they ensure the delivery but not the items inside the parcel by badulla branch"

so even i can start a courier service and deliver some piece of shit to the receiver without the exact item ryt ? acording to domex.

who will take the responsibility?
