In this video, I'm on two missions.

1. Go get some audio equipment so I can make marginally better videos for y'all. You deserve to hear me stutter clearly!

2. Test out speed skating race wheels that are designed to be super fast, really grippy, and give speedskaters the edge that they need, no pun intended. These wheels are the Rollerblade Hydrogen Pro's, 90 mm XX Firm.

Below are all my links, if you have any questions fire away in the comments or shoot me a message on IG.

Thank you for your support!

Ari

this makes me realize how underrated roller blades are as a mode of transport

this entire video is what inspired me to start skating. i've now been skating for 7 months and have mastered my full balance almost making it IMPOSSIBLE to fall over when skating, I've also been dedicated and still get lessons every Friday, I've got moderate transport at the moment to the point where i'll never need a car, and also NEVER need to pay for transportation anywhere cause of my skates. Thank YOU The Stuttering Skater. You've full on changed MY Life.

I think the important thing to note about this is how much it relies on the awareness of others, if you pay attention several people had to stop, or move to accommodate his movement, not everyone is gonna do this and some people will purposefully try to hurt you

Especially at those speeds, I promise nobody would think less of you using elbow, knee, wrist pads. Eventually you know what is going to happen.

As a former nyc brakeless fixie rider getting doored by a tourist getting off a cab is the biggest of all dangers

Man I'm just captivated by your skate style and how chillaxed you look while carving up the traffic.

That turn you took backwards while white van going through intersection and you approaching parked vehicle, you just took to sidewalk with no slowing and I have no idea how you saw all that - wickedly spectacular.

Just found this channel and honestly this looks like a hella fun video game. The relaxed posture, the smooth turns and changes, the music choice. 10/10 so cool to watch. It’s so unbelievable how you weave through cars casually hoping over edges and manhole covers. Can’t imagine how much of a physical and mental workout this must be.

This random video decided to pop up on my feed for no apparent reason and I can't express the joy it brought me, hah. The music, the style and just overall vibe of the video just put a smile on my face.

This video got recommended to me by Youtube. At first I thought those had some kind of electric motor but they are just perfectly engineered wheels on a very skilled skater! So satisfying yet thrilling to watch!

Came up on this channel by accident but will say you were skating majestically through those streets. You're like the real life Jet Set Radio 🔥

As an old Paris skater, I'm terribly impressed: this is indeed way fast - faster than I'll ever go in such environment... Not just because he is more skilled than I am, but also because I like to keep my safety margins way wider, especially when half of the variables are not controlled by me. But maybe that's just me being old, with the benefit of past crashes !

I took up rollerblading when I was around 50. When I first got them I tried them in the house. The carpets weren't short enough, so I went to a room with wood floors. "Whoa!!" I took off and thought I was going to go through the window. Problem was, I live out in the country, but there was a school nearby that had a small oval drive. But that wasn't long enough, so I went into town that has extensive bike paths. I'd end up "blading" 7 or 8 miles, one way, at a time. I just couldn't figure out when to turn around...truth. LOL Other things came up and I headed of to other things to do. I'm going to be 72 next August and miss rollerblading.

Didn't know people are still blading. This was me 30 yrs ago when I lived in Vancouver. My knees can't take it anymore, but those were good times. Blade on!

I remember watching videos years ago of fixed gear cyclists, with no brakes, in NYC. That was insane, but this might just take it to a whole new level. Good stuff dude.
