A special workout for equestrians and the ones who love horseback riding. 🏇♥︎ In this video, I provide my equestrian workout exercises you can do at home with no equipment. This workout covers 5 categories: strength, balance, stability, posture & flexibility. We train the muscles which are engaged the most during riding: inner thighs, hamstrings, glutes, shoulders and core. Strengthening them with these pilates exercises will definitely help to improve your riding skills. Besides, it was important for me to include a few exercises for balance and stability as well to have a safe seat. The safe seat also requires an upright correct posture. In order to improve it, I have included some plank variations. We finish this workout with a quick stretching session which is super important to prevent injuries.

• You can do this workout to warm up your muscles anytime before riding a horse.
• If you want to strengthen your muscles, you can do this workout 2-3 times a week (with rest days in between).
• I would also recommend to do my inner thighs & booty workouts additionally.

Thank you! I'm going to be volunteering at a horse rescue soon so I want to be 100% prepared! I've always wanted horses but I don't have enough money until I graduate college, so I'll volunteer instead. Horses are one of the most abused and mistreated animals so I want to teach people about positive reinforcement training and proper riding. You shouldn't need a crop, whip, spurs, bits or any abusive materials to ride a horse. Horse riding should be fun for you and the horse, it shouldn't be painful. I'm going to get my Ph.D in zoology, I hope that I will be able to change the way we treat animals. They deserve so much better.

Eylem Hanım merhabalar. Videolarında yazdım ama görülmedi sanırsam. Ben çoğu kişinin tersine, kalçamı inceltmek istiyorum. *Round Butt* denilen şeyden istemiyorum. Bunun için egzersiz gösterebilir misiniz acaba? Ya da yapmam gereken şeyler vb.? Lütfen geri bildirim verin. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Öneri olarak 10-12 dakikalık HIIT antrenmanlar da paylaşırsanız (daha fazla) çok iyi olur. Kısa sürede minik de olsa değişimler çok motive edici oluyor. 💖
