Thanks Amanda. I'm glad you said postman was a testing tool. I have a CS education and many people where I work do not. They framed postman as the preferred approach to interact with and API. I think this is only true if you don't know how to program.

Are there online training classes in this, or mentorships? I need to learn to work with gadgets in Finesse, and I have no coding background. I'm just an old voice engineer trying to catch up to help our business use Finesse in a contact center environment. I would appreciate any online resources or mentoring information. Thank you!
