How to Kill the M4A3E2 Jumbo

This is the second video in my series "Helping New Tiger Players." This and the next few episodes will focus on how to kill common enemies of the 5.0-5.7 battle rating. This episode demonstrates how to kill the 5.3 M4A3E2 Jumbo. Note that the results of shots may vary due to distance.

There is a big weakness of the jumbo. If a jumbo is an angle you can kill it by shooting the armour behind the tracks The armour is only 30mm.

I will add that, to make the shot on the machine-gun port is of corse easier the closer you are. It is also easier if you are on PC and not using a controller especially if you are trying to make a quick shot, so keep that in mind

I've always found it hard to shoot the ball turret from large distances. If the jumbo is ever angled I usually try to aim under the skirt behind the wheels. Even when angled this a good place to shoot as it allows you to do some damage to the jumbo, sometimes even killing it. But if at long ranges and the jumbo is looking at you just adjust your aim. Jumbos can't snipe, use this to your advantage.

fun fact the unlock-able shell for the tiger can overpressure the jumbo so that is also a good way of killing it

I have died more times to a KV-1 (ZiS-5) than to a Tiger using the Jumbo this week (1 vs 0 times)

You can also shoot the barrel and track and then close in for the side armor

Maybe the IS2. You can easily kill it in the frontplate below the driver.

useless Fact: If your Shell goes like Artillery projectile aka "You have to aim Higher than usual", the projectile can sometime hit the frontal armour and penetrated it with 0-10° Degrees!

Many people don’t know this but if it has bushes and you can’t see or get an easy shot on the machine gun port you can shoot in between where the turret and hull connect pretty much under the mantlet easy kill shot

here is some better advice if you really want to kill a jumbo shoot 1 track then the gun if you are in a tank that cant take shots from a 75mm or 12.7mm best bet is to get it to angle then shoot near the tracks its only 38mm thick there and if you are a good shot you can shoot the MG port
