Another meaningless A I generated list put together by Americans who've clearly never set foot outside the U.S. As others on here commented, the Natural History Museum is free entry.

Perhaps the list compilers were talking about the food and drink at the cafe you don't have to eat and drink there - no one is forcing you to. Find a cafe nearby that has more reasonable prices. It's not difficult.

The natural history museum is beautiful. And it's in such a great location - walking distance from Harrods and Hyde park! And opposite the V&A too!

Every time I've been the natural history museum was always free unless you wanted to go to a specially arranged exhibition

It’s crazy what some people moan about. They go to an amazing museum like the natural history museum to only focus and rate the place based on food or how busy it was and not how great the exhibits where and how beautiful the building was.

The problem with tourism in London (and tourism in general) is that people visit places only because they're iconic, not because they actually care about it. I think the museums (especially the Science Museum) are some of the best attractions in London. Yes, the food and souvenirs are expensive, but that's how they make their money because the museum is free, just buy food elsewhere before or after you go in.

Also, you know those travel videos that say you shouldn't call the Elizabeth Tower "Big Ben"? Nobody cares, everyone calls it Big Ben.

Tate Modern is a great building, one that I’m glad found a new lease of life by being repurposed. It’s a pity the original idea of a viewing platform on top of the chimney didn’t materialise, but it’s still one of my favourite places to visit. The main problem it has is a relatively poor collection of art compared to say, MOMA.
