Coloma Ghost Town : 2W1C S03E56

Показать описание
After getting lost and finding myself in a storm, I couldn't help but feel defeated. I didn't get to see everything I'd wanted and boohoo-- I got lost.
Looking back on myself, I come to the realization that I really didn't have it that bad. I've learned to make a mental note that plans change, opportunities rise and fall, and it's best to look at the path ahead as dynamic than static.
I didn't get to make it to the ghost town I wanted, but WAIT! There's ANOTHER one near my campsite? This really is an amazing region!
I stop by Coloma, a perfect example of what happens to a ghost town when it's left to the elements. There's no routine or even regular maintenance on Coloma, just the wearing of the seasons. Coloma is also not like Garnet in the sense it was a settlement or village, not a town. No doubt the people of Coloma had to go to Garnet to "Go into town" as they say in the countryside.
This goes unmentioned but there was an RV parked at the ghost town where a hermit lived. I dared not disturb him? Her? Them? Who knows if they're even alive? When coming across them it's always best to enjoy the company of ghosts at a distance.
Oh! One final bit: Upon returning to my campsite I find a note. SOMEONE found my campsite.
...my first thought is... WAS I ROBBED!?!?
