It honestly feels like Microsoft had enough or some of the people we know are responsible (and they know too) for the failure of certain things in the game are stepping down to give the lead to somebody who the community held highly (such as 3 halo nerds, one being responsible for the reprisal of MCC now in charge of 343)

343 definitely doesn't do Halo justice, but what we're seeing right now can end really well or be the final nail in Infinite's coffin.

Hopefully the new dev leader team focuses more on the game's quality and finally make it so people can enjoy it fully.

This is the reason why I want to become a game designer or something to contribute for it nowadays it looks like gaming companies don’t give the players what they want and it ends up deplorable or disappointing however it can be decent at times. I wanna see what’s up with it.

At this point, it seems more like the people doing all the work are tired of how things are going, their talents are being utilized properly, the company's priorities are in all the wrong places.

It almost feels like these people are leaving to say "if you don't want my talents to be used to make this game what the fans want it to be, then maybe the game shouldn't keep being worked on".

In my opinion, this entire shakedown of 343 Executives is the right move to make, as everything shows that it’s management that’s been ruining everything about the game, from microtransactions to technical debt and content delivery.
