I thought I lost my 45 minutes hardwork to get the vase and I accidently throw it in water

if you drop items into the *"disgusting"* water, it will teleport to that same spot in the video.
its like granny ch2 where you drop it in water it goes through sewer pipe downstairs. i wouldn't say its a glitch but its cool

When i was playng Granny 3 and then drop the vase in the barrel, i was thinking. "Meybe im stupid" thinking i will never get back the vase 😂

The item teleporting is to prevent something important going missing because you threw it in the water
