Though Vietnamese theme, the imperial skirmisher is a general fully upgraded one who is allied with Viet (his HP should be 42 due to +20% hp).
This one could be Spanish, for example

Skirms should be an infantry unit with a rechargeable ability to throw javelin and the same bonus vs archers like huscarls.

Huh why is the range have 5+3/1 for the imperial skirmisher in the Unit description, so weird. Anyone know why?

Old design longbowman is better for me
