answer this question. I am waiting ✋

‘A’ sues ‘B’ for certain land in his personal capacity. The suit is heard and dismissed. Again, 'A’ sues ‘B’ for the same land in the same court as Mutawali. Is the subsequent suit barred by Res Judicata? Give reasons in support of your answer and also refer to the case law on the point, if any.

Hello. Can you please help me? I have a question regarding a case I’m involved in. My divorce decree states that I have the final decision making authority on non emergency issues for medical decisions. My ex husband has taken me to court because he wants my son on adhd medication (I have fought to keep him off it for years) the commissioner took my decision authority and gave it to my ex. He immediately obtained a prescription for methylphenidate and started my son on medication. I was told this falls under res judicata. Can you please help me? I filed an appeal for that decision..

Thank you sir!! Ji! But my doubt is then how APPEALS are filed in higher judiciaries ..against the verdicts of the lower Courts.

Sir one question please could you advice what is the position of res judicate in this condition. A WPC case has already been decided by high court against govt and ordered that government dept to comply with court order as per a subclause of an Act. But now after the litigation that govt dept guys found that same subclause of Act is not applicable to be applied to plaint ( subsequent part of the Act says it's not applicable). In such cases is ResJudicata applicable?
