17:14 isp’s certainly don’t like this. They don’t want to have to disclose that on this street the rate is X. The next street over is a little cheaper than X. Two streets over where you have your pick of providers it’s half of X. Four streets over its three times X.

Also new customers get Y price but ten year customers get Y times 10, but if you cancel your service and sign up 5 min later under your SO’s name with the same address and credit card, you get the new customer price.
