Hi, when I select the base maps, the layer comes up but nothing is showing on the project, any idea why? (Tried Bing Virtual Earth, Google Maps and ESRI) nothing is showing, thank you!

Thanks so much for presenting the content wonderfully.
Unfortunately the voice is distoreted.
