I always like learning little nuggets from you. I stopped offering a shipping discount as soon as the switch was made, but offering it only with a 10% discount is definitely worth considering. May be just the incentive a buyer would need that might otherwise ignore a measly 10% offer.😂I've been have my Posher VA send out 10% offers immediately, then I've been sending out a 20% offer to all the previous day's likers. Then sending a 30% offer on Friday. Just started it last week, but seems to be making a difference. I need to clear out some of this inventory so I can go thrifting again! Thanks for another great video! I worked really hard to change my mentality when it came to handling constructive criticism. My mantra has become "feedback is a gift", and that paradigm shift has really helped. I find when I invite it, truly welcoming it, I learn so much and I show up for myself and others better. It doesn't mean you have to tolerate anyone being unkind - not ever! But you can't learn from ideas that you can't hear. I think you're awesome. Keep up the hard work!

Yes, your observations on finding flaws on sold items and communicating with buyer is my practice too. 8-10 ratio is what I find too. Very seldom do they want to cancel, plus it is better, IMO, for your status with PM. I usually write that buyer decided to cancel or that we agreed to cancel in order to sell at different amount. My closet decided to take a vacation without me. 😢

Carhartt and Patagonia are both over saturated. The more substantial piece’s jackets coats still sell well but the price has dropped somewhat. Thanks for sharing your sales. Glad you could take a break 🌷

I can’t figure out why that ranger belt has two parts on the end. I’ve never seen anything like that and I just wondered. This video was very interesting. I’m not a reseller—just a viewer.
