How Much I made as a Filmmaker (With actual numbers) in my first year as a filmmaker as I break down my all Invoices from 2015.

In this video I break down how much I earned in my first year as a filmmaker and Videographer. I explain every invoice that came in that year and which jobs earnt me the most money. I also discuss how I got to the point at which I could charge money for shoots etc. I go over what I learnt in this first year and what I would recommend people who are starting out to do if they are approaching their first year. Your first year is an experiment and you are just trying to find your way in the industry. Its better to start off tackling your local area then moving outwards form there. I've been at it for 16ryrs now and I wish my first year went like that. but the industry back then was waaay different.

If this isn’t too personal, I’m actually very curious what you made in the last year (or the last year precovid if that’s more representative) to compare to this first year. Would make a great follow up video too.

I’ve been a full time videographer / editor since 2018, so not quite as long, but it would really help give me some more perspective in general about the industry.
