This housing estate is not in Donington le Heath and nor is the access road. It is built over the arable fields between the villages of Hugglescote, Donington le Heath and Snibston and only has road access from Hugglescote.

I live on this estate and have had nothing but problems. We've been in our house for almost 6 months. So far we've had a garden full of rubble, leaks in the kitchen, mould growing all over our kitchen up back of our cupboards which made me ill. Our driveway has been ripped up and left unfinished for almost 2 months because they couldn't get it right (even on the second attempt). Even wrote to the managing director who couldn't care less... Buy somewhere else, because Bloor are useless!
